ALL repairs require a Non-Refundable deposit to cover our technicians time to diagnose and quote for your repair, deposit’s will be deducted from your final invoice.

* The non-refundable deposit covers our technicians time to diagnose and prepare a quotation for your repair, if you are happy to proceed with the repair once quoted and diagnosed, the deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Upon completion your repair will be invoiced for payment prior to collection, payments will NOT be accepted at our Store.
Choose the service you require and add to basket, if you require a collection ensure to add the courier service to your basket prior to checking out. At Checkout please provide as much information as you can to help speed up your repair.
Time to remove all SIM cards, SD cards and Cases Prior to dropping off or having your device collected for repair. If you have opted for our courier service we will contact you prior to arranging the collection to find a day suitable for you.
MPRC will diagnose and quote for your repair, upon approval the repair will be completed and you will receive an itemised invoice which can be paid via BACS or Paypal upon request, any deposit will be deducted from the final amount due. Your device will be then be ready to collect or return via our chosen courier.
