We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our hard working team.
Currently looking for candidates for our front of house, core to our business and first point of call to our customers.
What will you be doing??
- As a front of house team member you will be representing MPRC, greeting customers on arrival and guiding them through our booking in process. (Training will be provided)
- Updating repair tickets and keeping customers informed.
- Handling payments in store and over the phone.
- Email, Whatsapp and social media messaging.
- Advising customers on devices and accessories.
- General Cleaning Duties
- We are open 6 days a week and shifts are Mon – Fri 08:45 – 17:45 and Sat 08:45 – 17:15, during the application you can let us know your availability.
Applicants should be or have –
- Well presented
- Proactive approach to work
- Good communication skills / Telephone manner
- Customer focused
- Knowledge of MS Office suite
